This is not a standard desk job or a repetitive construction role. As a Mobility and Safety Consultant and Installation Technician, you will act as the face of our company—driving to scheduled client appointments, assessing home or business environments for safety needs, and performing precise installations.If you are mechanically inclined, great with people, love driving, and want an active career path with exceptional income potential, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:

Safety Consulting & Sales: Conduct on-site safety evaluations (such as evaluating staircases or entry points). Meet with clients, caregivers, and family members to identify physical barriers, recommend appropriate safety solutions, and finalize equipment sales.

What We Are Looking For:

Handy with Tools: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience using power drills, levels, various fasteners, and basic trade hand tools. Experience anchoring safely into different structural walls (drywall, tile, studs) is a major plus.
Sales & Consulting Aptitude: Confident, presentable, and articulate. You must be comfortable building immediate trust with seniors and their families, consulting on structural safety needs, and closing sales on-site.
Punctual & Organized: Reliable ex*****on of the daily schedule, with strong attention to detail on-site and clear communication back to the main office.
Clean Background & Driving Record: Must have a clean background record (no felonies) and a stellar, clean driving history.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

Interpret technical drawings, schematics, electrical blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure precise system setup and integration.
Conduct field service visits to diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance on security hardware and networked systems.
Manage cabling, electrical wiring, and system integration tasks with precision using hand tools and power tools to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Provide technical troubleshooting support for physical security systems such as door security system integration, surveillance cameras, remote access software, and sensor networks.
Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs; offer expert advice on system design improvements and upgrades to enhance safety measures.
Document all installation procedures, system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and service reports meticulously for ongoing support and client records.
Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician or installer specializing in electrical security systems or low-voltage electrical wiring.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints related to electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, sensors, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), fire alarms, alarm & access control systems.
Proficiency in computer hardware setup, network configuration, remote access software, and system design principles.
Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues involving cabling, electrical wiring, surveillance devices, and network connectivity efficiently.
Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems including reading electrical blueprints and schematics for proper installation.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward client engagement and support.
Physical ability to perform installation tasks requiring lifting, bending, climbing ladders or working in confined spaces using hand tools and power tools safely.
Valid experience in electrical security system installation combined with a strong understanding of security protocols and technical troubleshooting support.
