The Owl’s Nest is Gathering Again 🌿
 Less, but deeper.
More intentional.
More soulfully connected.

It feels so good to finally say this…

We’re gathering again. 🤍

The last few months have been a season of slowing down, stepping back, and allowing life to shift a little. As many of you know, I recently stepped into a new full-time managerial role, and the pace of this new chapter has given me an unexpected opportunity to pause and really listen to what the Owl’s Nest needs — and what I need — moving forward.

And what I keep coming back to is this:

I don’t want the Owl’s Nest to be about doing more. I want it to be about creating deeper experiences.

So as we move toward fall, we’re intentionally creating a smaller, more thoughtfully curated calendar of gatherings — offerings that feel nourishing, meaningful, and truly aligned with the heart of this space.

And after a little summer hibernation… we’re beginning with two beautiful women’s gatherings.

🌿 SIPS & SISTERHOOD IS BACK! 🌿

After a little summer pause, our beloved sisterhood gathering is returning — with a new rhythm and a renewed intention. 🤍
Going forward, Sips & Sisterhood will gather every other month on the second Saturday morning, giving us more spaciousness between gatherings and allowing each experience to be a little more intentional and nourishing.
And for our first gathering of the new season, we’re taking our sisterhood outside. 🥾🌿

We’ll meet for a beautiful morning hike through nature, followed by meditation atop one of the surrounding hills.

Due to Memorial Day weekend, our usual Sunday meditation session has been moved to Friday, May 22nd at 6:30 PM.

This will also be our final meditation with Jaclyn before she leaves for an international journey for a few weeks, and we would love to gather together in community to share one more beautiful evening of grounding, reflection, and connection before welcoming her back to the Nest on June 24th. 💛

As always, sessions are free, though reservations are required.

✨ The Owl’s Nest is turning TWO ✨

And to honor this milestone, we’re gathering for a deeply special New Moon Sound Bath with the incredible Erica Guenthner—who has been part of this space since the very beginning.

Erica led our christening sound bath, returned for our first birthday, and now joins us again to help usher in year three. There is something so powerful about returning to the same energy that helped awaken this space… and allowing it to meet who we’ve become.

This year, we gather under a New Supermoon in Taurus—a potent moment for grounding, intention setting, and redefining our relationship with stability, abundance, and self-worth… with just enough cosmic energy to spark unexpected breakthroughs.

This will be an intimate, magical, and deeply moving evening.

Join us for an in-person group Kundalini Activation this Gemini season—a space to steady
the nervous system, clear the mind, and open to new perspectives.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. Limited to 10 people.

In this session, a11aire facilitates an inner journey through music and subtle energy work,
supporting release and deeper reconnection.

What to Expect:
The session begins with a guided meditation to help you arrive fully in your body and the space.
From there, music and energy work guide your individual process.
There is nothing you need to do—simply relax and receive.
The experience closes with a gong-based nervous system reset to support integration and
grounding.

You will be lying down for approximately 80 minutes.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a waiver.

Due to an unexpected scheduling conflict, we will unfortunately not be holding our meditation session this Sunday evening.
