💻When Technology Has a Mind of its Own💻

Last week was definitely a challenge with technology! As many of you know, Mercury has moved past retrograde, but we’re still in its shadow period that many people associate with communication and technology hiccups.

Well, my laptop decided it was time to retire, my cell phone has a mind of its own and my video recordings keep coming out in slow motion! 😩

Needless to say, my daily affirmations are on a little pause while I work through all of this.

Instead of letting the frustration take over, I’m choosing to see it as a reminder to slow down, reassess and trust the timing.

Sometimes life asks us to pause so we can come back refreshed, refocused and ready for what’s next.

🌾 Happy Lughnasadh🌾

Today marks the beginning of the first harvest—a time to pause, reflect and give thanks for all that has grown in our lives.

It celebrates the abundance of the earth, the hard work that has brought us to this moment and the understanding that every harvest begins with a single seed.

Not every ‘seed’ grows overnight. Some require patience, faith and consistent nurturing before they bloom.

Every lesson we’ve learned, every challenge we’ve overcome and every small step we’ve taken has helped shape the person we’re becoming.

Today let’s take a moment to express gratitude and celebrate your progress and set an intention for the next season of your journey.

✨ First of the Month Energy Refresh ✨

It’s the first of the Month! This is the perfect time to clear away old energy and invite fresh blessings into your home.

Here’s a few powerful ways to refresh your space:

🌬 Sweep It Out – Sweep the floors toward the front door, removing old energy as you sweep it out.
🌿 Peppermint Wash – Mix a little peppermint oil with water and wipe down your front door to welcome prosperity and protection.
🍃 Cinnamon Blow – Stand outside your open front door and blow cinnamon inward while visualizing abundance and good health flowing in.
🔥 Smoke Cleanse – Use sage, palo santo, rosemary, cedar, or lemongrass. Begin in the north, then move east → south → west → and return to the north. Walking through room to room, setting the intention to release negativity and invite renewal.

For myself, I like to do the peppermint wash and cinnamon blow. 😊
