We’ve been told our whole life the lie that sunscreen is the only way to prevent sunburn. But it actually starts with your diet and other simple choices!

1. Consume a nutrient rich diet with plenty of health fats and avoid seed oils

2. Avoid sunglasses so your brain knows when to produce melanin

3. Seek shade instead of sunscreen when spending too much time in the sun

4. Morning sunlight helps regulate your circadian rhythm

Just a little heads up, I will be out of the office a couple of days (possibly with minimal notice) as we figure out how to manage/fix a torn and detached hip labrum. I will be closed June 10th for an ortho appt (unless they can get me in sooner) and we will go from there on what lies ahead as far as treatment/surgery/time frame. I will let you know asap if I have to reschedule appts. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
