I’ll be preparing a fresh batch of Sea Moss Gel tomorrow! I currently have several pre-orders, and because this product is made fresh and has a limited shelf life, I only produce a small amount of extra inventory.

Storage & Shelf Life
• Refrigerated: Up to 3 weeks
• Frozen: Approximately 3–4 months (some sources suggest up to 6 months when properly stored)

I currently offer Plain and Elderberry Sea Moss Gel, with a new flavor coming soon!

🧊To help preserve freshness and quality, each jar will be labeled and frozen prior to pickup. If possible, please bring a cooler with ice packs when picking up your order, especially if you have a longer drive home. This is less critical for customers who live nearby.

I have been formulating therapeutic products since 2016! Out of the 50+ recipes I’ve formulated, my Comfort Salve recipe is my absolute favorite. I have adjusted the recipe over time to make it just right. I make this salve in 2oz and 4oz sized jars. I also make it with and without CBD isolate. I recently upped the CBD dosage so it works better and faster. I also added arnica to my most recent batch, for extra support.

We will be open until this Friday evening! I will be closed from 5/16-5/24. While I’m on a trip, the garden will grow, my infusions will become stronger, and my freshly picked herbs will dry. I will have lots to do when I get back but I’m so grateful for this herbalist life! If you need to pickup any items, please arrange that before Friday night. I’ll reopen on 5/25!

I infused some oil with dandelion leaf and arnica flowers. Once I strained it, it filled the entire ball jar to the very top. I made a fresh batch of Comfort Salve using two different types of CBD isolate. I marked each batch and plan to ship them out for feedback! I can’t wait to see which batch wins! I also increased the CBD 500% so a 2oz jar has 2500mg and a 4oz jar has 5000mg.

I used some on my neck, back, and knee. I felt relief within seconds!

At Zoo Miami today, I found myself identifying plants and learning more about them (because of course I did 🌿), along with enjoying all the amazing animals.

I just started my first batch of sauerkraut. The large jar contains a freshly cut, large cabbage. The small jar contains a smaller cabbage that is a few days old. It also has a little bit of minced garlic mixed in. I used Himalayan salt and glass fermentation weights for both jars. I have a lot of gut related issues and this stuff has trillions of probiotics. I’m on a journey to help heal my gut! I can’t wait to watch this ferment and I’m even more excited to try it. I have made a lot of things but fermentation is new to me. I would absolutely love any of your fermenting tips!

My largest batch of Fire Cider is almost done infusing! I have been weighing my ingredients and adjusting them slightly to see what flavor profile is best. The one of the left is more red due to heavy cayenne pepper. Let’s just say the scale wasn’t working well at the time! The jar on the right is more green due to heavier garlic. Only one jar has cinnamon so I can utilize most of this to make homemade salad dressing. It doesn’t look like much now but after I strain it well, I mix in lemon juice and local, wildflower honey. This stuff has been magical for my immune system, respiratory system, allergies, and tummy. And it’s delicious!!!
