Knowing the signs and symptoms of blood clots can save lives, and we’re taking that message on the road.

We’re partnering with the Stop the Clot to bring life-saving awareness about pulmonary embolism (PE), or blood clots, to communities across Mississippi.

The Mississippi Blood Clot Awareness Bus Tour will stop at hospitals across the state, delivering information on prevention, detection and treatment for blood clots, especially in medically underserved communities.

At each stop, attendees will hear how to recognize the signs and symptoms of blood clots, learn key risk factors and prevention strategies, and better understand why some communities face higher risks. The program also features real stories from survivors, insights from clinical experts during live Q&A sessions, and live ultrasound demonstrations showing how blood clots are detected.
