This month’s Q & A with Dmitry covers everything from what inspires him to advice he’d give his younger self. ⬇️

What glucose spike has surprised you the most?

“A 30-calorie kombucha caused my biggest spike. More than a big bowl of ice cream. It was very surprising.”

What habits have you changed since using Lingo?

“My biggest change has been at breakfast time. I really try to get 30 grams of protein in, which helps stabilize my glucose for the rest of my day. I usually rotate eggs, cottage cheese, or yogurt with blueberries.”

What advice do you wish your current self could share with your younger self?

“Two bags of gummy candy are not a great lunch option.”
