Last month I hosted Paddle the Bay — a morning of stand-up paddle boarding around Ballena Bay, followed by nourishing snacks, a meditation on the elements, and a beach ceremony. It was a gentle reminder of water’s power to soothe, cleanse, and guide us through transitions.
