Healthy skin starts with a few simple habits:

🫧 Cleanse — Use a gentle facial cleanser to remove oil, sweat, and dirt without stripping your skin.

💧 Moisturize — Yes, men need moisturizer too! Choose one that works with your skin type.

☀️ Wear SPF 30+ DAILY — Sun exposure adds up, especially under the New Mexico sun. Protecting your skin every day can help prevent premature aging, sun damage, and skin cancer.

🪒 Shave smarter — Use warm water, shaving cream or gel, a clean razor, and shave in the direction your hair grows to help reduce irritation and razor bumps.

🧔 Don’t forget the skin under your beard — Cleanse and moisturize underneath facial hair, and keep an eye out for persistent redness, flaking, bumps, or unusual spots.

💜 Seeberger Dermatology is proud to support Team Kiley Ride to Recovery! 💙🐴

Our community is coming together to support Kiley Martin, a 14-year-old Cloudcroft cowgirl whose life changed on March 2, 2026, after a devastating horseback riding accident resulted in a traumatic brain injury.

Since that day, Kiley has undergone life-saving brain surgery, additional surgeries, a cranioplasty, placement of a VP shunt, and continues to face an incredibly difficult road of rehabilitation and recovery. Through it all, Kiley is still here, still fighting, and surrounded by a community that is riding right beside her. 💜
