Our cells run on light and most people are depleted.
We’re built to take in sunlight throughout the day, but most of us are indoors under fluorescents and screens, barely catching any real light. Your mitochondria, the part of your cells that makes energy, don’t get the signal they’re designed for. And you end up feeling depleted without knowing why.
That’s what these 20 minutes are for. Red and near-infrared light reaches your cells and helps them work more efficiently, supporting energy, recovery, skin, and your body’s natural repair.
Not a replacement for sunlight. We recommend getting sunlight first thing in the morning and throughout the day. But if you’ve been stuck inside all day, it’s a way to give your cells something they’ve been missing.
