Starting the week of April 13th, we’re kicking off our next 6-week strength training series—and a few spots are still available!
This program is designed to help you:
✔️ Build confidence following a progressive overload plan
✔️ Improve bone density + long-term health
✔️ Learn proper form and movement mechanics
✔️ Increase mobility and strength safely
✔️ Understand how to add weight effectively to see real results

• 6-week program
• Meets 2x per week
• 45-minute sessions
