Let’s talk ⚡️Tinctures⚡️

If you come in the store you may notice that we have, well, a lot ( and this isn’t all of them either!) 🤣🤭

- What are tinctures? A tincture is a liquid extract made from an herb, or blend of herbs, with alcohol or vegetable grade glycerin. 🧄🌿

-How do I use a tincture ? The best way is to take the drops under the tongue for maximum absorption, but some tinctures can also be diluted in a beverage, or used topically (easier to do with little ones😉) !

-How often can a tincture be taken? Most are take as needed!

-How often is “as needed”? Just that! If you don’t see results after 30 min of the first dose you can typically take a second dose and wait an hour. ⏱️
