What We Offer
At Anchor Health, we connect eligible Capital Region residents with essential home care services covered entirely by Medicaid, resulting in $0 out-of-pocket costs.
Traditional Home Care Aides: We send professional, certified aides directly to your home to assist with daily tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, bathing, dressing, and fall prevention.
The CDPAP Program: We assist you in enrolling in New York’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program, allowing you to choose a trusted family member, neighbor, or friend to be your caregiver and get them paid by Medicaid for the hours they work.
Full Enrollment Support: We handle the backend administrative paperwork, coordinate with local Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans, and guide your family step-by-step through the entire qualification and scheduling process.
