Monday morning.

Low energy. Dreading work. Already replaying every drink and bite from the weekend.

If that’s you, you don’t have a willpower problem.

You have a judgment problem.

“Just be good on the weekends” has never worked for women who’ve struggled with their weight for years. It’s not the answer. It never was.

New episode is live. “Why You Don’t Have to Quit Drinking to Stop Feeling Guilty Every Monday”

Have you ever noticed that some of your biggest struggles with food happen during seasons of uncertainty?

I’ve been asking myself that question a lot lately.

Right now, I’m living in what I call the in-between.

I’m engaged.

I’m selling my house.

I’m stepping into a completely new chapter.

And for someone who usually has a clear goal and a plan… I don’t know exactly what’s next.

That’s uncomfortable.

But maybe that’s exactly where transformation begins.

In this week’s podcast, I share how a recent astrology reading reflected the same message back to me:

✨ Stop forcing.

✨ Make space.

✨ Trust the season you’re in.

I also talk about why I believe emotional eating often isn’t about food at all.

It’s about resisting what life is asking of us.

Maybe life is asking you to slow down.

Maybe it’s asking you to leave.

Maybe it’s asking you to rest.

Maybe it’s asking you to become someone new before showing you exactly where you’re headed.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, uncertain, or like you’re between chapters, I hope this conversation reminds you that you’re not behind.

You may simply be in the space where your next life is being created.

What area of your life feels “in-between” right now?

You already know what you want to do.

Leave the relationship.

Wear the outfit.

Post the thing.

Say how you actually feel.

Take the solo trip.

So why are you still waiting?

On this week’s episode of the Hypnosis for Permanent Weight Loss Podcast, I’m joined by confidence coach Morgan Barkus to talk about what happens when you stop waiting to feel ready and start taking action anyway.

Because confidence usually does not come first.

Action does.

Morgan works with women who are clear about what they want but keep hesitating, overthinking, or talking themselves out of it.

This conversation is for the woman who is done shrinking, delaying, and waiting for fear to disappear.

The scale going down.

Skipping the meal.

Following the rules perfectly.

Proving to yourself that you can override your hunger.

Each one can create a temporary rush of relief, accomplishment, or safety.

But when control becomes the only way you know how to feel okay, food and weight begin carrying emotions they were never meant to hold.

Real freedom isn’t losing all control.

It’s learning how to feel safe, powerful, and grounded without needing to control your body to get there.

In this episode of the Hypnosis for Permanent Weight Loss Podcast, Ash Fox and I have an honest conversation about disordered eating, emotional pain, the addictive high of restriction, and what healing can actually look like.

You don’t have to hit rock bottom for something to be a problem.

If food, alcohol, scrolling, shopping, or any other coping mechanism feels like it is controlling more of your life than you’d like, that matters.

Stop comparing your struggle to someone else’s. If it feels heavy to you, it’s worth paying attention to.

In this episode, we’re talking about the hidden ways we normalize our coping habits—and what it looks like to finally break free.

The food noise doesn’t go away until you change what’s generating it.

If you’re constantly thinking about food, wondering what you should eat, or feeling stuck in the cycle of emotional eating and starting over, it’s not because you lack willpower.

In today’s new podcast episode, I’m sharing why food noise is really a signal from your nervous system—and why lasting freedom comes from healing the root cause, not managing the symptoms.

What if lasting weight loss isn’t about becoming a different person… but understanding yourself better? 🤍

In today’s new episode of the Hypnosis for Permanent Weight Loss Podcast, Seamus Sullivan and I talk about identity, perfectionism, body image, and why sustainable change comes from small adjustments that actually fit your life.

You don’t have to give up everything you love.

You don’t have to be perfect.

You just have to take small steps toward the person you want to become.

Do you have a life you want… or a list of reasons why not?

In today’s new podcast episode, we dive into the moment everything changed- when Nicole stopped focusing on all the logical, rational reasons she couldn’t, and started asking a different question:

✨ What would I do if I believed the life I wanted was possible?

Sometimes the biggest thing standing between where you are and where you want to be isn’t a lack of ability- it’s the story you’ve been telling yourself about why you can’t.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, trapped by circumstances, or convinced your options are limited, this conversation is for you.

“I thought GLP-1s were the answer.”

In today’s podcast episode, Mary shares how she nearly started GLP-1 medication—until a conversation with her husband and doctor made her hit pause.

What followed was a deeper journey of learning to trust her body, quiet the fear, stop searching for the next quick fix, and discover the real root of her struggles.

If you’ve ever found yourself spiraling over symptoms, chasing solutions, or feeling like your body is something that needs to be fixed, this episode is for you.
