Alex, daughter of our own Family Medicine Physician Dr. Charity Wilson, is graduating from Deerfield-Windsor School and will be attending Georgia Southern University this fall, where she plans to major in Biology/Pre-Dental. Wishing Alex nothing but success as she begins this exciting next chapter!

We’re so excited to celebrate another amazing member of our Veranda Family — Gabreyona Pickett!

Gabreyona, daughter of our own Kimberly Pickett (AWV Nurse) and Gabriel Pickett, is proudly graduating from Westover High School. During high school, she has already accomplished so much — earning her CNA diploma from Albany Technical College while also being a dedicated member of the Royal Dolls dance team.

This fall, Gabreyona will attend Georgia Southwestern State University to pursue a degree in Nursing, and we know she has such a bright future ahead!

We love celebrating these special milestones with our Veranda Family. Help us congratulate Gabreyona on this exciting next chapter!

At Veranda Medical Group, we’re more than just a work family. For some of us, we’re real family, too.

This Mother’s Day weekend, we’re celebrating the incredible moms, daughters, and daughters-in-law who not only share a special bond at home, but also work side-by-side caring for our patients each day. What a blessing it is to serve our community together!

Tonight, we’re celebrating another incredible accomplishment in our Veranda Family — congratulations to Madeline Barnes!

Madeline, daughter of our own Stacey Barnes, will graduate from Georgia Southwestern State University with her Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Accounting, and graduating Summa Cum Laude.

We love getting to celebrate these milestones with the people who make The Veranda so special.

We’re so excited to celebrate another member of our Veranda Family — Raegan Watkins!

Raegan, daughter of our own Megan Watkins (Quality Manager) and Zach Watkins, will graduate with honors from Lee County High School. She’ll also earn her CNA diploma from Albany Technical College this May and has been a dedicated Varsity softball and basketball player for the Lady Trojans.

This fall, Raegan will attend the University of West Georgia on a softball scholarship, where she plans to study Nursing. We are so proud of her and love celebrating these special moments with our Veranda Family! 💙

There’s nothing we love more than celebrating our Veranda Family — and today, we’re so excited to spotlight our very first senior, Chaney Nolan!

Chaney is the daughter of our own Shandy Nolan (Pediatric Manager) and Mitchell Nolan, and she’ll be graduating with honors from Terrell Academy in May 2026. She’s headed to Valdosta State University this fall to study Business.

Moments like these remind us that The Veranda is more than a workplace — it’s a family, and we’re honored to celebrate life’s biggest milestones together.
