Ascension Float Therapy & Spa Ascension Float is a full-service float center and so much more! We have several other therapeutic modalities to accommodate your health and wellness needs.

Come and escape with us in one of our deluxe float pods where stress and anxiety will melt away. Tips on how to prepare for your Float Session
• Avoid Caffeine or any other stimulant for 4-6 hours before your float
• You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Have a snack. Having a snack 60-90 minutes before your float will reduce the chance of your belly growling, which can be a distraction. Eat simply and do not drink too many fluids
• Please make use of the restrooms prior to floating to prevent having to leave the pod in the middle of a float
• Do not shave or wax the day of your float. The high concentration of salt will be irritating.
• We will provide single serve petroleum jelly packs to cover small cuts. If you have an open wound or rash, please avoid floating until these issues are resolved. Tattoos & piercings - Wait 4-6 weeks.
• You should avoid floating if you have colored (dyed) your hair within 2 weeks. Wait 48 hours after receiving a spray-on tan to float.
• It is better to not wear hair or skin products prior to floating
• Be aware that you will be required to shower before and after your float. We must insist on the pre float shower that you wash thoroughly and use the provided body wash and shampoo for your hair. We do this to limit all perfumes, oils, and lotions from entering the pod.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to float
**If you are being treated for a chronic health condition please consult with your physician before floating**
^^^Please arrive 20 minutes early to complete all paperwork and orientation procedures^^^

You’ve probably heard of infrared saunas.

And you’ve probably heard of red light therapy.

But did you know they’re actually two different therapies?

Our infrared sauna combines the relaxing effects of infrared heat with red and near-infrared light — giving you a simple way to step away, warm up, and recharge.

✨ MEET OUR PULSE XL PRO

The PEMF system we use at Ascension Float Therapy & Spa.

Not all PEMF systems are built the same.

We chose the Pulse XL Pro because it offers a highly customizable PEMF experience.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT?

🔹 19 Pulse Rate Settings
More options for customizing your session.

🔹 Independent Pulse & Strength Controls
Pulse rate and magnetic field strength can be adjusted independently.

🔹 Solid-State Technology
Designed to deliver smoother pulses without mechanical moving parts.

🔹 Dual Accessory Capability
Two accessories can be powered simultaneously for added flexibility.

WHY PEMF?

PEMF can be incorporated into a wellness routine for relaxation, recovery, energy, and overall wellness.

Maybe doing nothing isn’t doing nothing at all. ✨

It’s giving your body a chance to slow down, your mind a chance to quiet, and yourself a chance to simply be.

No noise. No notifications. No expectations.

Just float. 🤍
