😍Tuesday Update😍
Issabella has kicked the BiPaP to the curve & is Rocking the CPAP with a Pip of 14 but the plan is to wean down she’s currently on an FIO2 of 55% which has weaned down from 65%. we had a scare last night due to a Respiratory Therapist not following the orders the doctors put in place for Bella that caused a set back & let’s just say I wasn’t a happy camper & she’s not ever going to be part of Bella’s care team again

Issabella will be having a full Bronc scope today At 2:30 please pray she comes through this without requiring the Bug ventilator after it’s completed 😭🙏

😭Saturday Update😭
Issabella has had a set back today as she is now on higher CPAP setting Pip of 12 & FIO2 of 60% due to the right lung collapsing 😭 The PICU Team has Consulted w/ The Pulmonology Team & are talking about placing Bella on BiPap ‘Bella’s heart rate has been running in the 140’s So she was given an intervenous dose of Ativan to help her settle down also she has a leaky GTube Button for some reason so we are currently waiting on GI to come and access
