Last week, a few of us got together for a fun outing to watch one of our friends in action at work — such a great experience and so proud to see them doing their thing!

A special thank you to the person who surprised us with a delicious ice cream cake for dessert and to the generous soul who treated everyone to lunch. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed and meant so much to all of us!!

Moments like these remind us how important it is to lift each other up and pay it forward. Kindness truly goes a long way. 💛 We are blessed to be part of a WONDERFUL community!

Hello Friends of The Arc Noble County Foundations!

The Arc Noble County Foundations continues to support individuals to succeed at work, at home, and in their communities. As we begin our annual fundraising campaign, we invite you to partner with us in sustaining and strengthening the services we provide.

This year, we are seeking support to address essential building maintenance, updates, and upgrades. A safe, well-maintained, and functional facility is critical to our ability to help individuals reach their goals, live their best lives, and remain actively engaged in their communities.

Contributions to this year’s campaign will directly support key projects, including the installation of a new water heater, restroom renovations, upgraded lighting, improved signage, and other necessary improvements. Donations may also be allocated toward the purchase of vehicles, equipment, and essential supplies that enable us to continue delivering high-quality services effectively and efficiently.

The year 2025 was filled with meaningful accomplishments, including over 1,200 volunteer hours completed, partnerships with 138 community partners, and 12 individuals employed within the community. Additionally, we supported 44 individuals in day services; 11 individuals in participant assistance and care services; 1 individual through respite services; and 31 individuals in employment services, with 11 resulting in successful case closures. We are excited to see what 2026 will bring!

We invite you to join us as we continue to support, encourage, and believe in individuals of all abilities. If you are interested in getting involved or exploring partnership opportunities, please reach out — we would love to connect. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our mission.

🚨VIRTUAL SESSION TODAY AT 2:00PM🚨

Waiver Case Management Meet & Greets Announced!

The Bureau of Disabilities Services is hosting eight in-person and three virtual Meet and Greets for individuals and families to meet with the Case Management Organizations (CMOs) that were awarded contracts to continue to provide waiver case management services.

The CMOs selected to continue to provide waiver case management statewide are:
Aging & In-Home Services of NE IN, Inc.
Indiana Professional Management Group
Inspire Case Management
Unity of Indiana
The Columbus Organization

Each of these CMOs will provide case management for the following waivers:
Family Support Waiver
Community Integration & Habilitation Waiver
Health & Wellness Waiver
Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver
PathWays Fee for Service
Money Follows the Person (Pathways, Health & Wellness, or CIH)

If an individual is currently using one of the CMOs, there is nothing they need to do at this time to keep their current CMO. (However, individuals can change their CMO for any reason at any time.)

If the individual’s CMO is not one of the above, a new CMO must be selected beginning June 1, 2026, and no later than July 15, 2026. If a CMO is not selected, individuals will be auto assigned to a CMO.

Beginning August 1, 2026, only the case management companies listed above will be able to continue to provide case management.

Please consider attending one of these in-person or virtual meetings.

The closest in-person meeting is on June 22, 2026 at Ivy Tech Fort Wayne (3800 N Anthony Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46805) from 5 pm – 7 pm ET.

Virtual meeting opportunities will be on May 20 at 2pm, June 3 at 10am, and June 23 at 4pm. Links for these meetings can be found here - https://www.arcind.org/news/cmo-meet-greet/ (scroll to the bottom of the page)
