Here is a great way to get active with your neighbors this week!

Calhoun County Senior Services is sponsoring the "Green Paths and Good Eats" event, on Friday, May 8 from 4 to 6 p.m. Enjoy dinner and a short interpretive walk at the Whitehouse Nature Center, guided by Bob Wright, a certified arborist from Gee Farms. For ages 55+. Register by calling the Forks Senior Center at 517-629-3842.

South Michigan Food Bank is officially bringing a Mobile Market to Albion! The first market is next Friday, April 10th from 12:30pm-2:30pm, located in the parking across from the Albion City Fire Station. See the flyer below for more details!

omen, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is offering Ready, Set, Baby, a free two-part educational series designed to help expecting families prepare for birth, breastfeeding, and the early weeks with a newborn.

Classes are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 3–4 PM at the CCPHD Battle Creek WIC office, located at 190 E. Michigan Ave., Battle Creek.

Space is limited, and advanced registration is required. Families can register by contacting a WIC Peer Counselor or by calling or texting 269-832-0659. A QR code for registration is also available on the program materials.

Community Table of Albion extends a sincere thank you to Clarence Township Fire Department and Foundry Bakehouse and Deli for their recent contributions to our programs. These large donations will be used to help feed the roughly 750 families we serve each month!

Stop by 225 E Watson St. today (12/9/25) for our drive through distribution from 3-5pm. We squash from Blossom Farms LLC, apples from Community Actions, as well as bread and our regular food bags.
