Arrive early, parking and entrance on East side (Silver & 3rd), bring your comfort items -with plenty of seating available, avoid strong fragrances, and join Douglas for a unique evening intended to break up the routine, get away from the noise, shed some stress, unplug (to recharge!), and gather together with friends, family, and a welcoming community for a meditative and relaxing sound healing experience amidst cool, tranquil, and contemplative surrounds. This secular event takes place every first Monday of every month, is free and everyone is welcome. And we always look forward to seeing you there! Come up and say Hi! Join Douglas and for this sound bath gathering at Cathedral of St John Albuquerque every month, offering a great way to experience sound healing for the first -or 100th+ time, and introduce others to the experience in a serene, contemplative, and wonderfully acoustic surrounding. It's free so bring friends and family, take a break for yourself, step out of routine, unplug (to recharge), and join us for a meditative, relaxing, and uplifting moment. Registration is optional, there are NO tickets. Do bring a mat or comforter, pillow, etc. per your comfort if you want to lie down (arrive early). There is also always plenty of seating.
