Healing often begins in the quiet moments when we choose to turn toward ourselves with compassion rather than criticism...
Forgive yourself for what you did not know then. Love yourself through the parts of your story that still feel unfinished. Slowly, gently, begin releasing the doubts, fears, anger, resentment, and emotional burdens you have carried for too long.
This does not mean pretending that pain never happened. It means recognizing that you deserve peace, even while you are still healing.
Unresolved stress and emotional pain can influence how we experience life: and may affect sleep, tension, energy, mood, and the way we feel in our bodies. Emotional healing is not a replacement for medical care, but it is an important part of caring for the whole person.
Pause today. Take a slow breath. Place a hand over your heart and remind yourself: “I am worthy of patience. I am worthy of love. I am allowed to begin again.”
At ABQ Osteopathic Clinic, we honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. When appropriate, support is available as you take the next step in your health journey: one breath, one choice, one moment of self-compassion at a time...
