Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network RGDSN was formed by a group of parents and families with children who have Down syndrome.

Get ready for a summer full of movement, music, and fun with the 321 Move Collective! The 321 Dance Crew is taking classes on the road with special events at local venues, including dance experiences, a poolside class, a concert at the Botanical Gardens, and cultural activities at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center.

Regular dance classes at the NEST also continue throughout the summer, featuring fun choreography, hip hop, TikTok dances, and preparation for upcoming performances.

Classes will meet on various Mondays in the summer starting June 22nd.

Join us on July 13th for the RGDSN Annual Meeting as we reflect on the past year, celebrate outstanding members and community partners, and gather valuable feedback to help shape the future of our organization.

The meeting will take place at Village Pizza in Corrales from 5:30–7:30 p.m. Pizza and drinks will be provided. Attendance is free, but RSVP is required. We’re also accepting nominations for exceptional members of the RGDSN community through June 25th.

What an opportunity to be part of Community Expressions, a full day of art, performances, workshops, vendors, and community gathering together in support of the ADAC - Albuquerque Disability Arts Collaborative.

Our 321 Dance Crew took to the stage on May 30th to perform during this daytime festival with proceeds supporting disability arts programs in our community.

RGDSN's official kick off to summer for the past few years has been a playgroup outing to Doc Long Picnic Area in the East Mountains and this year was no exception! Members met on May 30, for a cookout, play and a nature hike (some even spotted some interesting wildlife 🐻 )!
