Mind Body Reset LLC Our mission is to provide personalized care that addresses the underlying causes of your health concerns, rather than just treating the symptoms.

Chronic pain should not take over someone's life. I have a special interest in helping Healthcare workers, first responders, and patients with neuromuscular disorders who suffer from daily pain. I am also i

nterested in further introducing Functional Dry Needling with Functional medicine to improve overall quality of life. I believe that everyone should have the ability to reverse disease and chronic effects of disease with diet, exercise, and overall functional health. I have been in healthcare for 13 years and continue to work in a very busy ICU taking care of the most critical patient's in our community. I love my job as a nurse practitioner and I am always looking for ways I can intervene to keep patient's from a point of being so sick it is impossible to turn it around.
