Finally recorded one of my favorite exercises I’ve been playing with. My focus lately has been on stability and mobility, building a strong foundation through neuromuscular connection, proprioception, and deep-core and joint stability before moving back into more intense workouts. It’s important to build heavier muscle on a strong base and exercises like this have really helped me feel solid in my center lately.
This is a trimmed down version of the exercise. I will post the beginning part separately that dives more into the deep core and how to connect to and activate those muscles to start, before adding on more movement (if you have trouble with low back arching (anterior pelvic tilt) or pain with these kinds of moves, this will help!)
