I’m opening up my schedule for private yoga sessions! 🤍

Maybe your back has been aching, your hips feel tight, you’re struggling with mobility, or you simply want some one-on-one attention instead of trying to figure it all out in a group class.

Private sessions give us time to focus on YOUR body, YOUR goals and what YOU need.

I have a few openings Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

✨ 30 minutes — $40
✨ 60 minutes — $80 cash

Beginner? Absolutely. You don’t have to be flexible or “good at yoga.” We start exactly where you are.

DM me “PRIVATE” and I’ll help you find a time.

It’s time for another Hebrew lesson. 🩵

Today’s word is chashav — חָשַׁב — to think, plan, reckon… or weave.
This one really spoke to me.

In Genesis 50:20, Joseph tells his brothers:
“You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good.”

That word meant is chashav. It carries this beautiful picture of a weaver working individual threads into a design.
And here’s what I need to remember: God doesn’t call every thread good. Some things are hard. Some hurt. Some are caused by choices we made, and others are things we never would have chosen.

I think about my own life and the many different threads God has woven together—the different careers, ministry, becoming a Holy Yoga instructor, opening Yoga 4/1, the doors that opened and the ones that didn’t. At the time, I couldn’t always see how any of it fit together.
But God could. 🩵

Romans 8:28 doesn’t promise that everything is good. It reminds us that God is able to work all things together for good.
That’s different.
Maybe you’re looking at a thread in your life right now that makes absolutely no sense. You don’t have to pretend it’s good. You don’t even have to understand what God is doing with it yet.
Just trust the hands of the Weaver.
The back of the tapestry may look messy from where we’re standing…
but God can see the whole design.
What thread are you trusting Him with today? 🩵

Love you guys! See you in class!

🙏
