Hello! If anyone would like to book with me, it is MANDATORY that you book through my Massagebook website. I do not use Messenger or text for booking appointments. This is a boundary for me. The website contains your client profile, intake form, and records which I need to have filled out prior to your session. If you are unable to do so, please book with a therapist who can accommodate you.

The modalities that I offer and my style of massage focuses on deep tissue work and stretching. If you are very sensitive to pressure, or have medical conditions that contraindicate deeper pressure, you may want to find a therapist who has a light hand. I’m not great at maintaining light touch because of how strong my hands are. Every LMT has different styles, so it’s important to find someone who can suit your particular needs.

Heat raises skin temperature and increases your heart rate to 100–150 beats per minute, similar to a brisk walk or light jog.

Better Circulation: Blood vessels dilate (open up), which decreases arterial stiffness and improves overall blood flow.

Lower Mortality Risk: Observational studies, such as long-term Finnish cohort research, link frequent sauna use (4 to 7 times per week) to a lower risk of fatal heart disease and stroke.

Who Should Avoid Saunas: Skip the sauna if you have unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or severe low blood pressure prone to fainting.
