Summer Solstice Mindfulness wkshp
Perfectionism, procrastination and paralysis (becoming stuck). The art of meditation is learning to make the fullest effort possible without straining or expecting any results. This balance between striving and letting go is the surrender that allows peace to appear.
In this intensive, we will explore ancient mindfulness teachings on becoming more aware of the three P’s in our own personality, how to overcome them and live the state of peace that these teachings promise.
