Alcona Health Center We are a designated Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). We offer a wide variety of services.

A Patient Centered Medical Home is an approach to providing comprehensive primary care for children, youth, and adults. The PCMH is a healthcare setting that facilitates partnerships between individual patients, their personal healthcare providers, and when appropriate, the patient's family. The provisions of medical home allow better access to health care, increased satisfaction with care and improved health. Family Medicine/ Osteopathic Medicine/ Internal Medicine/ Obstetrics/ Med-Peds/ Behavioral Health/ Dental Health/ and school-based healthcare services. In addition to this, we offer health education on most any health condition you may require.

Don’t let the flu or COVID-19 haunt your holiday season! Alcona Health Center is teaming up with ACCOA to bring vaccines directly to the community with our Mobile Clinic.

💉 Flu & COVID-19 Vaccines Available

🎃🧙‍♀️ Did you see us at the Trunk or Treat event in Tawas yesterday?

Since 1978, we've been brewing up good health, and this Halloween season is no exception! Melissa and Dusti welcomed trick-or-treaters to their "potion station" at Lakeview Manor where they handed out toothbrushes, toothpaste, healthy snacks, and plenty of smiles.

We loved connecting with families, sharing a little wellness magic, and reminding everyone that good health is the best treat of all! 🍎🪥✨
