June is almost here — and summer schedules fill up fast!
This is your reminder to plan ahead, book your classes early, and keep a little space on your calendar for yourself. Even when routines shift in the summer, your practice can still be the thing that keeps you grounded.
In addition to our yoga and barre classes, we have our Spring into Summer Reset Half-Day Retreat on Saturday, June 6 from 1–5 PM.
This retreat is designed as a gentle afternoon of rest, reflection, nervous system renewal, breathwork, movement, sound, tea, and journaling as we move into the summer season.
Spots are limited, so reserve yours early.
