Breast reduction isn't always a 50/50 operation. For this 25-year-old patient, I removed 442 grams from one breast and 910 grams from the other to address both her overall size AND significant pre-existing asymmetry.

She came in wearing a G cup and was hoping to land somewhere around a C/D. Three months later, she's back to exercising and loving her result.

No, we didn’t do any tattoo removal here. Her tattoo just happened to be on a section of skin that was removed during the tummy tuck, so the tattoo went right along with it.

And if you’re wondering about her belly button, that’s still her original one. It stays attached underneath while the surrounding skin is repositioned and a new opening is created for it.

This is actually a pretty cool way to see just how much the skin is repositioned during a tummy tuck. 👀

Here's something that stands out about this breast reduction: we removed more than twice as much tissue from one breast as the other. ⬇️

442 grams from the right.
910 grams from the left.

Why such a big difference? Because breast reduction isn't just about making both breasts smaller. It's also an opportunity to address existing asymmetry and create better balance between the two sides.

Three months later, my patient is back to exercising, feeling great, and loving her results.
