Womb work… 🌺✨

Intuitive Womb Sessions and Dance of the Womb here in Mexico have brought up so much for me. So many reflections, revelations, and lessons about the sacred work of holding space for other women while continuing to make room for my own healing.

I’ve been reminded that even when you’re the one facilitating, you’re still a student. The medicine moves both ways. Every woman brings a story, every womb carries wisdom, and every encounter has something to teach us.

I’m returning home with new medicine, a deeper understanding of my own journey, and a reminder that the healer must also have space to receive, rest, and integrate.

The work continues… and so does my becoming. 🌿

I love catching babies.🌻

I love the quiet moments before arrival and the powerful moments after.

I love feeling the energy of mothers and fathers as they prepare to meet a spirit they have only dreamed about.

I love meeting babies in the womb as the family prepares for who is coming.. A son, a daughter, a manifestation , a healer, our future.

Every birth reminds me that miracles still happen every day.

It is truly a privilege, and one of my greatest gifts from God. ✨🙏🏽🖤

DNA. 💛

3 pounds 14 ounces to 5’11”… motherhood has been watching my tiny sacred offering grow into a whole spirit standing tall before the world.

Our children’s growth is like watching an entire movie 🍿 Mine is titled “The Unfolding,” and as their mother, I’ll never stop watching the new episodes while remembering the very first scene.

Plants 🪴 feel safer than people some days.

Knowing sooo many people from different walks of life can be both helpful and heavy at times.

The blessing is exposure to different perspectives, experiences, lessons, cultures, wisdoms, and realities. You learn how people move, love, survive, hurt others, heal, mask pain, and navigate the world.

But sometimes the difficult part is not the diversity of people it’s the emotional labor of witnessing so much at once while still protecting your own nervous system, peace, and discernment as a protector.

The blessing is wisdom.
The challenge is boundaries.
