Quality improvement is often talked about, but harder to apply in day-to-day work.

Join PHAB on June 24th at 2:30 PM ET to explore Quality Improvement in Practice, an interactive workshop that focuses on what QI actually looks like in real public health and healthcare settings.

Using the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Model for Improvement and the Plan–Do–Study–Act (PDSA) cycle, participants will practice using three core questions to clarify goals, identify meaningful measures, and test small changes. The workshop emphasizes learning and experimentation, particularly when the root cause or solution isn’t yet clear. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of QI and a concrete idea they can apply in their own work.
