Booking & Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and cover the time spent on your design. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo (or the first session for multi-session pieces).
Rescheduling & Emergencies
I understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations occur. I aim to be flexible and work with my clients when life gets messy.
Please provide at least 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new date.
To keep the schedule manageable, a deposit can typically be moved once. Repeated rescheduling may result in the deposit being forfeited.
In the case of a true last-minute emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Communication is key!
While I strive to be understanding, the following actions will result in a forfeited deposit to cover lost studio time:
No-Shows: Failing to show up with no communication.
Late Cancellations: Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice (outside of true emergencies).
Late Arrival: If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, we may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients, and your deposit may be forfeited.
Communication & Project Abandonment
To keep my books organized and my workflow efficient, I require active communication:
14-Day Rebooking Window: If an appointment is cancelled, you must reach out within 14 days to discuss or secure a new date.
Gaps in Contact: If a project is left "active" with no communication or attempt to reschedule for over 14 days, the project will be considered abandoned and the file will be closed. To reopen an abandoned project, a new deposit will be required.
Professional Relationship
I value the connection I have with my clients. However, I reserve the right to cease working with a client or decline future bookings if there is a pattern of chronic rescheduling, or if the professional relationship is no longer a good fit.
Artist Rescheduling
If I must reschedule due to illness or an emergency on my end, your deposit is 100% protected and will be transferred to the earliest available date that works for you.
