Ever wonder how your brain solves problems, follows instructions, and remembers information in real time? That’s working memory at work.

Working memory helps us hold, process, and update information while we learn, solve problems, and navigate daily tasks. The good news is that it can be strengthened through practice and targeted brain exercises.

With repetition, the brain builds stronger neural pathways, improving focus and cognitive performance over time.

This horse has more expression than some people on SSRIs.

Ouch. I said it.

One of the most common things I hear is:
"I don't feel anxious anymore... but I don't feel much of anything."

The highs don't feel as high.

The lows don't feel as low.

Life feels flat.

If that's you, it may be time to ask a different question:
Is your brain getting the nutrients it needs to function properly?

Your brain relies on amino acids, minerals, healthy fats, and key nutrients to produce neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and GABA.

When those building blocks are missing, your brain struggles.

That's why I focus on nourishing the brain FIRST with Amino Acid Therapy.

Because before assuming your brain is broken, ask yourself:

Could it be deficient?

You can't medicate away a nutrient deficiency.

DM me "SSRI" if this resonates with you.

Did you know that brain development can be influenced before a child is even born?

Research suggests that generational trauma may affect how the brain and nervous system develop, with influences that can be passed from one generation to the next. After birth, a child's environment continues to shape their growth, behavior, and overall well-being.

Understanding these connections highlights the importance of healing, support, and nurturing relationships. Healing today can help create a healthier future for generations to come.

I always recommend staying away from store credit cards and short-term loans.

They may seem easy, but they can impact your credit in ways most people don’t expect. Opening and closing accounts can temporarily lower your credit score.

Short-term loans like Klarna or Affirm can also create quick back-to-back credit impacts without building long-term credit history.

Be intentional with what you open and understand how it affects your credit before you commit.

If you can’t qualify for a regular credit card yet, a secured credit card is a great way to start building credit.

The key is consistency: keep it simple, pay it on time, and let it build your payment history in the background.

Over time, this can help you build strong credit and open more financial opportunities.

ANNOUNCING NEXGEN 2026

This September in Ogden, I’ll be speaking at NEXGEN 2026, an advanced clinical education event hosted by Systemic Formulas & Alimentum Labs.

This gathering is designed for practitioners who are ready to step into systems-based thinking and deeper clinical understanding, moving beyond symptom-focused care.

My session will focus on the Gut–Brain Axis and how targeted amino acid strategies can support neurological function, cognitive clarity, and long-term patient outcomes.

For practitioners committed to elevating their clinical practice, this is an event worth attending.

Debt management isn’t something I recommend in most cases. It’s usually used when someone is overwhelmed with debt and can’t keep up with minimum payments.

What often happens is accounts are stopped, go into collections, and later get settled for less than what’s owed. While that reduces the balance, it can seriously damage your credit in the process

The challenge is that these settlements still show up on your credit report, making it harder to rebuild financially afterward.

Always understand the long-term impact before choosing any debt solution.

Embrace the beauty of womanhood and who you truly are. Don’t be afraid to dream bigger and go beyond where you are right now.

Start asking yourself what you really want, where you want to go, and begin building the belief that it’s possible for you.

With the right mindset and blueprint, your goals are absolutely achievable.

A credit report is like your financial report card. It shows how you manage money and helps lenders decide if they can trust you for loans, cars, homes, or business financing.

Your credit score comes from this report and can open or close doors in your financial life. Everything you borrow and repay builds your credit history over time.

It’s not just a number, it’s your financial reputation.
