I just want to take a moment to say thank you. 🥹🤍
To every single person who has walked through the doors of Lush Life whether it was for an appointment at the med spa or to roll out a mat in our Pilates studio thank you for choosing us. Watching what our Pilates community has become has been one of the most bittersweet parts of this entire journey. Almost every class has been FULL, and so much of that has happened simply because of word of mouth.
“My friend told me about you guys.”
“Can I bring my friend?”
“I saw you on Facebook.”
“I found you on Instagram.”
“I’ve been wanting to try a class with you.”
And then you come. And then you come back. And then you bring someone with you. 🥹 I get to watch women walk into this room and become stronger, more confident and more comfortable in their own bodies. I get messages with transformation pictures from girls who are PROUD of themselves and excited to show us what their bodies are capable of.
We get to move our bodies together, sweat together, laugh together, struggle through those last few reps together—and at the end of it, I get to incorporate the Word of God, speak life over this room and remind every woman in it just how capable and worthy she is. The fact that you have welcomed that part of my heart into this space means more to me than I could ever explain. 🤍
And then I look around and see everyone rushing to grab the newest Lush merch, showing up with their cute mats, waiting for the schedule to drop so they can book their favorite class, and filling these classes before we can even blink. It still doesn’t feel real sometimes.
And the same goes for our med spa. You trust us with your faces. You send your friends, sisters, moms and coworkers to us. You share our work. You tag us. You come back year after year. You have allowed Lush Life to grow into something I once could only pray about.
None of this happens without YOU. Lush Life may have been my dream, but somehow you guys have turned it into our little community.
Thank you for filling our treatment rooms.
Thank you for filling our Pilates mats.
Thank you for telling your friends.
Thank you for supporting our crazy ideas.
Thank you for allowing us to keep growing.
And most importantly, thank you for allowing Lush Life to feel like home. 🥹
God has been so, so good to us.
And I hope every single person who walks through these doors knows that there is a place for you here.
We are just getting started. 🤍
