Prioritizing rest is the MOST important part of recovery and to your overall health.

Everything we offer can help you for recovery but if you don't also rest, a few things happen.

1. Your nervous system never recovers
2. Your immune system suffers and you will get sick.
3. Not only do you pay for it, the people around you do too - at your home or work.

When you don’t rest, you aren't your best.

We can help you with so much - but only you can find that time to rest and recover. And that is one thing I will always tell anyone.

But if you need more help with it all - come see us at Reset Wellness - we can help you in all the other ways.

WE’RE MOVING! 🎉
We’re so excited to share that Reset Wellness is getting a new home!
📍 2285 Brodhead Road
Just 4 miles down the road from our current location, in the bottom of Dr. Roscoe’s office building — right next to Bruster’s Ice Cream and across from Hopewell Shopping Center!
This move means MORE SPACE, MORE PARKING, and a whole new adventure for Reset Wellness! 💙
We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us, walked through our doors, trusted us with their wellness journey, shared our business, and helped us grow. We truly could not be doing this without you.
We’ll be making the move sometime during November and will keep everyone updated as we get closer. For now, we’ll continue operating at our current location as usual.
We can’t wait to show you what’s next! 🩵
Same Reset Wellness. New space. Bigger possibilities.
Reset your health. Reclaim your life.
