Just frozen berries and cookie dough make this recipe. I added 1/2 sachet of vanilla to mine and coated all the berries prior to baking. It soaked up a lot of the juice which was a huge bonus and gave me 10g of protein for the win. Bake at 400 for 20-22 min and serve.

Seriously the best coffee I think I’ve ever ordered. Ethically sourced. Organic. Freshly roasted then shipped fast. No molds or toxins. Coffee beans are the most highly sprayed with pesticide crops out there. If you drink it daily- guess what you’re doing?! Creating a toxic load. The things you do daily (coffee, water, skincare, certain foods) need to be the highest quality or you’re going to overload your system.

Starbucks chocolate frozen coffee vibes with flavanols, protein, fiber and loads of other cognitive and performance enhancing ingredients. Made with plus ice, a little sweetener and frozen cauliflower (just trust me). Keeps you so full and has just a little caffeine so you can crush your day. I love it post workout! Recipe in video.

To make:
1. Buy organic dried sea moss (I got mine on amazon)
Take a big handful (about 1.5 cups and rinse several times and soak for 24 hours or until slimy.
Drain. Add to a blender with about 2 cups of water. I use a little less. Blend until gel like.
2. Add 1 cup of strawberries, the zest of 1/2 lemon and juice of the lemon.
Add 1-2 TBS honey (up to you on how sweet you want it). You could alternatively (or additionally) sweeten with 2-3 large dates.
2. I added one pink lemonade electrolyte packet for extra flavor and hydration- which is one of the benefits of sea moss. Totally optional but the flavor is 🔥
3. Blend until smooth. Store in a few glass jars. I keep two in the fridge to use within three weeks and freeze the rest.
