CAN YOU PUSH THE MITOCHONDRIA TOO HARD? YES!!

I’ve seen in other groups people having issues with Mots-c …

The biggest mistakes is people jumping straight into MOTS-c before first supporting the mitochondria.

The people are desperate more energy.

The people are desperate for more fat loss… and they want better metabolic function.
