This recipe is gluten free, non dairy, refined sugar free and a healthier option to make you happier and satisfied.

✨Ingredients✨

125g melted dark chocolate (non dairy & refined sugar free)
Blackberries
1 tbsp coconut oil

✨Instructions✨
Melt 125 grams of dark chocolate with one tablespoon of coconut oil.
Lay a couple of blackberries on a baking paper.
Carefully pour the dark chocolate on them.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

This recipe is gluten free, non dairy, refined sugar free and a healthier option to make you happier and satisfied.

✨Ingredients✨

1.5 cups almond/coconut/oat flour (just blend normal dry oats)
2 bananas
2 zucchini’s - grated + patted down with carton roll to remove excess water
2 eggs
3/4 cups coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup choc chips (non dairy and refined sugar free)

✨Instructions✨
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT the choc chips in a blender.
Then mix the 1/4 cup choc chips with the blended mix in a bowl.
Then pour the mix into your prepped muffin tray and top with some more choc chips (if you want).
Bake for 20-25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean Makes about 10-12 muffins depending on how big your tray is.

Pistachio overnight oats ✨🥣🫐

These oats are ridiculously yum. I’m always looking for new ways to pimp up my oats.. and this IS IT! Been making these for about a year and I am still obsessed. They are made with homemade pistachio butter and topped with a white chocolate shell. Full recipe below 💌

✨Ingredients ✨
[serves 2]

100g oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp honey/ maple (depending on sweetness)
4 tsp pistachio butter (to make this, blend pistachios in a high power blender until a nut butter forms)
250ml almond milk
1/2 tsp matcha
50g white chocolate
2 tbsp chopped pistachios

✨ Instructions ✨

In 2 cups/ glasses, mix the oats, chia seeds, honey, 2 tsp pistachio butter, milk and matcha until combined.

Add the remaining 2 tsp pistachio butter to the middle of the oats at the top.

Add melted white chocolate to each glass, making a chocolate shell and then finish with the chopped pistachios.

Leave to chill for at least 3 hours, or overnight. Enjoy!

✨ Ingredients ✨

Almond oats (serves 2)
- 1 cup oats (quick oats or old fashioned oats, doesn’t matter)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder (50g)
- 1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used sugar-free maple syrup, you can use normal maple syrup or honey!)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Raspberry pureé (serves 1)
- 1/4 cup frozen and/or fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp water to thin out

Blend all ‘almond oats’ ingredients together until smooth & creamy. Pour in a bowl, cover & refrigerate for overnight or minimum 4hrs. Once ready, pour 1/2 the mixture into a bowl, warm up your frozen raspberries (no need if you’re using fresh ones) and mash with a bit of water. Add raspberry mixture on top of your blended oats, swirl around & enjoy! ❤️

HEALTHIER GRANOLA CUPS

�✨Ingredients✨

These are such a fun snack, not mention packed with healthy fats, fiber and protein!

You’ll need:

1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup pure maple syrup

optional for topping: melted dark chocolate, flaky salt, bee pollen

1. Mix together the cashews, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup in a bowl until well-combined.

2. Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a muffin pan (greased with coconut oil to prevent sticking). Be sure to pack each mixture down tight.

3. Bake in the oven at 350F for about 25-30 minutes.

4. Let cool completely (otherwise they will fall apart).

5. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.

6. Sprinkle with flaky salt or bee pollen and enjoy!

Mix well. ⁣
