ISD Open Enrollment is here!

If you’re an ISD employee looking at your benefits and wondering if there’s a more affordable way to cover your spouse or children, let’s talk! Many families are surprised to learn there may be other options that better fit their needs and budget.

Even if you aren’t an ISD employee, but:
✅ Looking to move your family to a separate health plan
✅ Paying too much for your employer’s small group coverage
✅ Uninsured because Marketplace premiums are simply too expensive

I can help you compare your options and see if a private PPO plan could save you money.

One of the biggest advantages? My private PPO plans have NO enrollment periods. That means you don’t have to wait for Open Enrollment—you can enroll year-round, with coverage that may begin as soon as tomorrow, if eligible.

As your Concierge Health Insurance Broker, I’ll walk you through your options, explain everything, and help you find coverage that works for your family and your budget.

📩 Send me a message today for a free, no-obligation review. You might be surprised at what’s available!

🎉 Turning 65 between April and October 2026? Let's make Medicare easy!

If your 65th birthday falls between April and October 2026, now is the perfect time to start learning about Medicare—even if you're still working and covered by an employer health plan.

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:
👉 "I have insurance through work, so I don't have to do anything."

Sometimes that's true...and sometimes it can lead to costly late enrollment penalties or gaps in coverage if you don't take the right steps.

As a Licensed Concierge Health Insurance Broker, I'll help you understand:
✅ When you need to enroll in Medicare
✅ Whether you can delay Part B
✅ How employer coverage affects your Medicare decisions
✅ How to avoid lifetime late enrollment penalties
✅ What your Medicare options will be when you're ready

Every situation is different, and a quick conversation now can save you time, money, and stress later.

📞 Don't wait until your birthday month! If you're turning 65 between April and October 2026, send me a message or schedule a complimentary Medicare review today.

Tag a friend or family member who's getting close to Medicare—they'll thank you later! ❤️

Open Enrollment is right around the corner, and many Texas teacher and staff families are opening their benefits guide only to discover a tough reality—adding loved ones to a school-sponsored plan can come with a hefty price tag.

For some families, covering a spouse can approach $1,600 a month, while family coverage may climb close to $2,800 a month.

At Esra Health, we believe you deserve to understand all of your options before making a decision.

What many educators don’t realize is that you may be able to keep your district coverage for yourself and enroll your spouse and children in a private PPO plan instead. We’ve guided teacher families through this strategy and helped some save $15,000–$20,000 a year while gaining access to stronger networks and benefits.

Before open enrollment begins, let’s have a conversation and see if there’s a better fit for your family and your budget.

📖 Story Time: Why Working With a Broker Matters

We recently received a panicked call from a client who had just opened a hospital bill for nearly $7,000 after an emergency room visit that turned into a two-night hospital stay.

They were understandably overwhelmed and worried they were going to have to come up with thousands of dollars.

Because we know our clients’ plans, we already knew their hospital was in-network, what their maximum out-of-pocket amount was, and what their inpatient hospital benefits looked like.

We called the billing department together, and within 30 seconds, they found the issue.

That scary $7,000 bill wasn’t what our client actually owed at all.

Their responsibility was $790 — simply the copayment for a two-night inpatient stay under their plan.

A quick phone call saved our client from unnecessary stress and potentially paying thousands more than they should have.

This is why working with a broker isn’t just about enrolling in a plan.

It’s about having someone in your corner when life happens, someone who understands your benefits, can help make sense of confusing bills, and is willing to pick up the phone and advocate for you.

We’re so grateful our client knew to call us first. Sometimes the best benefit on your insurance card isn’t listed anywhere on the plan summary — it’s having an ally who knows how to help. ❤️
