Valley Health Partners Community Health Center Valley Health Partners is recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

We partner with the people of our community to achieve health and wellness regardless of ability to pay. Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP) is a nonprofit organization designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA). An FQHC-LA is a community health center that provides comprehensive primary care and other services such as interpretation, transportation and

health education for the community population. An FQHC-LA does not turn patients away based on their ability to pay and removes financial barriers for receiving care. FQHC-LAs provide whole-person care, creating opportunities for the health center to look beyond medical care and focus on social determinants of health that could be some of the underlying causes of poor health. VHP is proud to offer these services to all members of our community! We take pride in having a welcoming atmosphere and offering care that is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and of high quality. Our mission: Partnering with the people of our community to achieve health and wellness through the delivery of extraordinary care that is compassionate, accessible and affordable in a family-centered and culturally sensitive environment.

This Children’s Eye Health and Safety Month we want to highlight the importance of pediatric vision care for the overall health of a child. At VHP, we offer pediatric vision services at our Community Vision Center on 6th Street in Allentown and at our Community Vision Center in South Side Easton. We also partner with the Allentown School District and Easton Area School District for our school-based, Mobile Vision Program.

Stop by Friday, August 28, from 12:00–1:30 p.m. at 440 W. Lincoln St., Easton to shop for fresh produce and healthy, ready-to-enjoy meals. The Mobile Market accepts cash, credit, WIC, FMNP, and EBT, and eligible shoppers can learn more about the Fresh Food Voucher Program.

On this , we're grateful for the partnerships that made the Edible Walkways Picnic at our Easton location a success! 🌱🥕 Thank you to Blue Zones Project Easton for organizing this event, Easton Urban Farm for donating fresh, locally grown produce that was provided free to attendees, and Oasis Fine Catering for the delicious food. Together, we're helping make healthy food more accessible and encouraging healthier choices in our community.
