Valley Health Partners Community Health Center Valley Health Partners is recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

We partner with the people of our community to achieve health and wellness regardless of ability to pay. Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP) is a nonprofit organization designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA). An FQHC-LA is a community health center that provides comprehensive primary care and other services such as interpretation, transportation and

health education for the community population. An FQHC-LA does not turn patients away based on their ability to pay and removes financial barriers for receiving care. FQHC-LAs provide whole-person care, creating opportunities for the health center to look beyond medical care and focus on social determinants of health that could be some of the underlying causes of poor health. VHP is proud to offer these services to all members of our community! We take pride in having a welcoming atmosphere and offering care that is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and of high quality. A healthy smile starts with quality dental care. 🦷

At Valley Health Partners, our dental teams provide comprehensive services to help patients achieve and maintain good oral health at every stage of life. We offer pediatric dental care at VHP Community Smiles in Allentown and the VHP Valerie Hodge Pediatric Dental Center in East Stroudsburg, as well as pediatric and adult dental services at VHP Family Smiles at South Side in Easton.

Good food brings people together. 🍲 Through United Flavors, hosted at Casa Guadalupe Center in partnership with United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and Kellyn, community members gathered to prepare chicken sancocho, share a meal, and build meaningful connections.

Participants also received valuable education and resources on diabetes prevention and management, as well as Age-Friendly Lehigh Valley programs—all while learning simple ways to support healthier lifestyles.

to one year ago when we opened VHP at South Side — a vibrant, one-stop shop designed to bring comprehensive care closer to our community. 🩺

From primary care, dental, vision, pharmacy, behavioral health, chiropractic medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics, this space was built to support the whole family under one roof.

Patients are welcomed by custom murals from local artist Matt Halm and the Bright Futures Book Nook, a kid-friendly play and reading space generously supported by Jefferson Health Plans. 📚

Community members had access to wellness screenings, clinical education, chiropractic massage, health resources, and giveaways — all focused on supporting healthier communities together. 🩺

This we want to shoutout our incredible VHP volunteers and Fiesta on Hamilton planning committee – Maria, Shanetska, Deepa, Juan, Tonya, Judy, Natali, Kilsey, Marci, Lisbett, Diomaris, Cori, Kristin, Elia, Lysandra, Stephanie, Dannah, and Nate 🎉

From months of planning meetings and coordinating with vendors, to picking t-shirt colors, organizing activities, setting up, breaking down, and everything in between — this team poured their time, energy, and heart into making Fiesta on Hamilton such a successful community celebration.

What an incredible day at Fiesta on Hamilton! 🎉 More than 40,000+ attendees gathered in downtown Allentown on Sunday to celebrate Latino culture, community, music, food, and connection. We were proud to partner with La Mega Radio, the City of Allentown, and the Lehigh Valley Chamber to help bring this celebration to life.

Our Community Health Fair block was filled with free health screenings, community resources, giveaways, raffle prizes, and fun for families throughout the day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and celebrated with us!

Meet Jamie L. Santana, CCHW, one of our dedicated Community Health Workers! Jamie has been part of the VHP journey since the beginning—and brings over 15 years of experience supporting patients and families across our network. From connecting patients to resources to completing screenings, referrals, and home visits, Jamie helps make care more accessible every day.

Jamie also serves on several community committees, helping to strengthen care beyond our clinic walls. We’re grateful for the compassion and commitment she brings to our team! 💚
