There’s a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from finally deciding you're done with a situation—but still being afraid of what happens next.

That’s what stood out to me in this spread.
The Five of Swords reversed feels like walking away from a conflict you no longer want to carry. The Nine of Wands says the experience left you guarded. And the Nine of Swords reversed shows that you're beginning to come out of that constant mental replay.
But then we get the Three of Wands followed by the Three of Swords.

That tells me the next chapter may require you to deal honestly with something from the previous one.
Not because you're meant to stay stuck there—but because you don't want to take the same wound into a new situation.

🎉 So it's now officially been 1 year since I lost 45 lbs and I've been able to keep the weight off for this whole year!!😱 My health journey started in February 2025 when I hired Cory Hank as my trainer and nutritionist. I had just fractured my spine maybe 2 weeks prior, so I wasn't sure what weight loss would look like for me at that point. Seriously, hiring him was one of the very BEST decisions I've ever made. I honestly wish I would've done it sooner. He gave me a very easy to follow meal plan (I was NEVER hungry. I actually had trouble eating everything in a day!) The exercise was easy. And trust me, I HATE exercise. I hate sweating. But 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week on the walking pad... I can do that. And in 6 months, by August 2025, I had hit my goal weight! I'm honestly more impressed that I've been able to keep it off for a whole year. I'm seriously shocked!! After I hit my goal weight, I started eating normally again and slightly lessened my exercise. By that time, my metabolism had reset itself, which is exactly what I needed. So I've been getting on the walking pad maybe a few times a week, I cut out sugar for the most part because I realized it was making me sick, and I weigh myself 1-2 times a week. That's it! I will sing Cory's praises until I leave this earth!!!🥳🎉 He has completely changed my life!🙏🏼🩷!
