Kids were very excited to see Aircare land!

Yesterday afternoon the elementary kids were given the opportunity to go through Allison and Greene ambulances. They also had a special bird fly in. They were very excited to see Air Care come in and watch it land. Thank you to Air Care for the fun experience and some education for the kids to see a quick glimpse of what us First Responders work with.

National EMS Week 2025 will be held from May 18th to May 24th. The theme for EMS Week 2025 is "We Care. For Everyone." This week-long event is a time to recognize and thank the emergency medical services professionals who provide care to communities.

As volunteer EMS professionals, WE CARE. FOR EVERYONE. Our dedication and lifesaving skills are put to the test every day. Our roles and responsibilities are growing and changing and we’re rising to the challenge. Though we may be a small but mighty crew, WE CARE. FOR EVERYONE.

Attention City of Allison!

Our local ambulance crew is desperately needing additional members to join & continue the great service that Allison has been fortunate enough to provide since 1967! When you or a family member calls 911, we want to be able to continue to provide that great service to aiding your family member. Today we are desperately asking for your assistance by joining our crew! We want to continue to provide assistance to you, your family, and your neighbors. Together we can accomplish this but without you, the Allison Ambulance stands a chance of not being here in the years to come. We all work, we all have children or outside commitments that require our attention but yet our current crew finds a way to work together to enhance lives in our community. Unfortunately, our numbers are shrinking and we need your help! If you have ever just had the thought of making a difference in your community, we encourage you to reach out & ask the questions to get started! See what it takes to join! Current RNs can join immediately! If you're not a nurse, we can discuss the EMT class reimbursement! If being an EMT doesn't sound like a right fit for you, we are also needing drivers!
