One of the things that makes PACE so special is the strong sense of community that extends beyond the participants we serve. We are proud to be part of a statewide network dedicated to helping older adults live safely and independently in their homes and communities.

We’re grateful to be serving Northern Michigan alongside our friends at PACE North. Together, we’re building healthier communities, supporting families, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults every day.

Thank you, PACENorth, for sharing this special moment and for your partnership in advocating for PACE!

Some of our team had the wonderful opportunity to attend PACE Association of Michigan Day at the Capitol yesterday. As one of only 15 PACE programs in Michigan, we were proud to stand alongside more than 500 PACE advocates from across the state in support of a model of care that helps older adults remain living safely and independently in their communities.

It was a beautiful day that truly warmed our hearts. Hearing the personal stories and experiences shared by participants, caregivers, and advocates was a powerful reminder of the life-changing impact PACE has on those we serve each day.

We are grateful to be part of this growing movement and are excited to bring the PACE mission to Northeast Michigan.

This Friday at 8:30 AM we’re gathering together for Team Rogers City at City Hall (Zoom available too!) and we’re excited to welcome a representative from PACE Northeast Michigan as our guest speaker.

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) works with seniors and families to coordinate medical, social, and wellness care, helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life while living right here in the community they love.

Our speaker will share a bit about their work and how these services support aging with dignity and connection. Whether you’re curious about what PACE does or you’re involved in caregiving in some way, this will be a great morning to learn and connect.

Friday, Feb. 27 @ 8:30 AM
• In person at City Hall
• Or on Zoom (link in the first comment)

We hope to see you there!
