Before I go on, these are in no way meant to replace any medication prescribed by your doctor, nor am I suggesting you take all of these supplements together.

I also think it’s hugely important to dig into the root cause of anxiety, which can be exacerbated by things like nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, over or underactive thyroid, mold, gut issues, and more!

But, I understand that getting to the root cause doesn’t help address your anxiety when it’s happening NOW.
