Survival mode is sneaky 🌿 It does not always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like being tired but unable to switch off, carrying tension no massage ever really touches, or feeling strangely disconnected, like you are watching your life instead of living it.

That is your nervous system stuck on high alert, still trying to protect you long after the danger has passed. Reiki and sound baths help your body finally feel safe enough to come back down, out of bracing and into rest.

You lie down exhausted and suddenly your mind flips on like a light switch 😴🌙 It is not that you cannot sleep, it is that your body is still bracing, still scanning, still stuck in go mode long after the day is done.

Most people think anxiety is just a mental thing but what I see every single day is that it lives in the body just as much as it lives in the mind 🌿💛 That tight chest, that uneasy stomach, that tension you carry in your shoulders without even realizing it, that is your body holding onto what your mind never fully processed 🧘‍♀️✨

Sound vibrations are so powerful because they travel into places that thoughts and words simply cannot reach and they give your body permission to finally let it all go 🎶
