Thank you to everyone who made the first ever Family Power Hour such a huge success last week! Special thanks to City of Alpharetta Recreation, Parks, Cultural Services and Alpharetta City Center for making it possible, and to Simone for leading this amazing workout. 🫶

Starting June 7th, we will be adding a new Friday 5pm Strictly Strength class to the schedule.

You can hit the barbell with us then go hit the bar afterward to kick off your weekend. It gives a whole new meaning to happy hour!

We will be canceling classes tonight so all of our members can attend Taste of Alpharetta.
