Packages are offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions with multiple options to fit your personal goals and schedule.

Beginning soon, I'll be making a pricing adjustment to align with my current rates. Over the years, I've been grateful to offer grandfathered pricing, and this change allows me to continue showing up with the level of care, attention, and presence you expect and deserve.

I never take changes like this lightly, and my goal is to always create a practice that is sustainable for your health while also considering my longevity as a practitioner.

I am so grateful for the continued trust you place in me! I'll be sharing supportive options and more details shortly.
