Beyond Weight Loss 🧠

On this Wellness Wednesday, Clare breaks down some of the emerging research around GLP-1 medications and their potential benefits beyond weight management, including effects on inflammation and metabolic health. ✨

Researchers are even studying their potential relationship with neuroinflammation and conditions like Alzheimer’s and dementia. While this research is still developing and GLP-1s are not currently proven to prevent or treat these conditions, the findings are interesting enough to keep an eye on.

The takeaway? GLP-1 therapy may be about much more than a number on the scale.
