Personal Training Utah Brandon Groesbeck I created this page to cut through the noise and add some PERSPECTIVE to all the conflicting health and fitness advice out there. Sleep 7-9 hours each night.
2.

Honestly, I can sum up what you really need to focus on so you don’t have to spend too much time here:

1. Strength train 3 times a week for 30-60 minutes.
3. Aim for 8,800 steps a day.
4. Eat whole, nutrient-dense foods 80% of the time. That’s it! The real challenge of fitness isn't just knowing what to do—it’s mastering these four key elements:

1. CLARITY: Understanding what you’re actually ai

ming for. Do you want to be a bodybuilder, a buff dad, a fit granny, or achieve legendary status? Get clear on your goals.

2. CONSISTENCY & FOCUS: Staying committed to what really works and avoiding distractions like the latest trends (cold plunges, liver supplements, etc.).

3. ACCOUNTABILITY: Let’s be real—fitness probably ranks fourth (or lower) on your priority list. Having someone to keep you accountable (a coach, friend, parent, or even a pet rock) can remind you to show up for yourself.

4. KNOWLEDGE: Most people already have a decent idea of what to stop doing. The right information is out there—you just need to seek it out and use it wisely. ACTION STEPS
- Get a plan however bad, and start following it.
- Adjust and change but never stop
- Repeat until you die :D.

Want to get Fit?

Consistency > Casual intensity

Going hard for 2 weeks then ghosting your goals isn’t it.

Show up. Do the work. Repeat.
That’s how results stick.

I help busy people in Utah do just that.
Not perfect. Just consistent.

DM me if you’re done with the all-or-nothing trap.

Are you doing too many exercises?

I see a lot of beginner lifters trying to slim down. Exhausted from dieting, they push themselves further by adding 8+ exercises in a single session. Or worse, they take on extreme challenges like 75 Hard.

Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither are six-packs! Take it easy, and don't turn your workout into a wipeout!
